GV01 UV-C germicidal fluorescent lamp linear 36W (G13, length 1200mm)

Bacteriocidal short-wave ultraviolet radiation is used for effective sterilization of air , liquids and the surface of objects . Water and other liquids are semi-permeable. Solid bodies absorb radiation at the surface layer.

The sterilization emitter emits high-intensity UV radiation , which reliably destroys the vast majority of bacteria, viruses, spores, fungi, microorganisms or yeasts, algae, thrips, protozoa , etc.

The rays are absorbed by the stones and nucleic acids and the DNA is permanently damaged or destroyed. Filter glass limits the formation of ozone with a wavelength of 185 nm, and the inner coating limits the degradation of useful UV-C radiation. The actual emitter (mostly marked TUV, PURITEC, HNS...) is a UV-C two-socket linear germicidal fluorescent lamp (mercury discharge lamp) T8 with a power of 36W and is designed for G13 sockets . GV01 is also a replacement tube for germicidal lamps GL01, GL02, GL03 .

Use: disinfection and sterilization of air, liquids and surfaces. E.g. in the food industry, pharmacy, production, research, science, gastronomy, hotel industry, healthcare (hospitalization/surgery), cosmetics, also for animal husbandry, cultivation, public authorities, technology departments, kitchens, waiting rooms, relaxation rooms, drinking/waste water treatment systems , tools, devices, machines, toilets, swimming pools, air conditioning, warehouses, aseptic zones, packaging materials and wherever cleanliness is emphasized, etc.

The radiation from these lamps can cause inflammation of the conjunctiva or skin burns, marked with a UV-C warning.

Each fluorescent lamp is a consumer product and the two-year warranty does not cover lamps damaged by improper use by the purchaser.
