The Lumatek VF90W LED system was specially developed for plants with a need for lower lighting intensity on an area of 120x50 cm . It contains 3 LED strips with an input of 30W and an efficiency of 2.4, which generate a lighting intensity of up to 244 qmol/s . The system is an ideal solution for the illumination of mother plants, the propagation of clones, seedlings or the cultivation of plants requiring lower light intensity. The special construction also offers the possibility of growing in layers.

Protective elements of the latest generation of Lumatek

The VF range already includes the new Clear Glue diode protection technology on the LED strips. It therefore offers a higher light transmittance of over 99%, extended diode life, increased corrosion resistance and high IP65 waterproofing. For basic maintenance, simply clean the slats with a damp cotton cloth.

Easy connection and control of multiple systems

LED systems of the VF series are already adapted from the factory for simple interconnection. The system is powered and controlled using a special Lumatek driver 650W external ballast , which is not part of it and needs to be purchased . You can connect up to 7 Lumatek VF90W to one of these ballasts. Lumatek Digital Panel Plus 2.0 offers advanced functions such as regulation by 1%, control of several ballasts at once and simulation of sunrise and sunset.

Rather not. The Lumatek VF 90W LED system is specially designed for plants with a need for lower lighting intensity. If your plants are more demanding on the amount of PAR, such as hemp (CBD), use the system for the vegetative phase at the most.

On which surface should I use the Lumatek VF 90W LED system?

Due to the low intensity of the light, the system is suitable for illuminating plants located directly below it. Light scattering caused by greater distance from plants would already reduce PPFD too much and plant development would not be efficient.
