How does it work?

Blue and red pigments are commonly affected in plants by anthocyanins such as cyanidin. Anthocyanins are a type of plant color pigment that belongs to a larger group of compounds known as flavonoids. The color of the anthocyanin pigment is generally linked to the pH of the cell sap. The pigment cyanidin is blue in high pH solution, violet in neutral solution, and red in acidic conditions.

Combined with the 400-500nm blue light range, also known as the pigment production action spectrum, Purpinator increases flavonoid production without altering the neutral pH of the cell sap, which in certain cultivars results in a "purple" coloration.

Use:

• You can use Purpinator during the vegetative and reproductive phases of plant growth up to and including fruit formation.
• During the vegetative phase, add 0.5-1.5ml of Purpinator per 1L of water.
• During the flowering phase, add 1.5-4 ml of product per 1 L.
• To enhance fruit formation, add 5-8 ml of product per 1L of water during the last 2-3 weeks of growth before harvest.
